The excavator track roller is one of undercarriage parts in the chassis of crawler construction machinery, and its main role is to support the weight of the excavator and the bulldozer, so that the track moves along the wheel. When the excavator is driving on the uneven road surface, the track roller will be affected by the ground impact force, so the load of the bottom roller is large, the working conditions are poor, and it is often in the dust and sometimes soaked in mud, so it requires a good seal.
Body material of excavator track roller: the track roller body material is generally 50Mn, 40Mn2, and other materials, the main process casting or forging, mechanical processing, and then heat treatment, the hardness of the wheel surface quenched to reach HRC45~52, in order to increase the wear resistance of the wheel surface. The processing accuracy of the bottom roller shaft is relatively high, and generally requires CNC machine tools to process in order to meet the requirements. The material is more than 40Mn2, and the quenching heat treatment should also be carried out after processing, and the hardness can reach about HRC42.
Mainly structure: wheel body, support wheel shaft, shaft sleeve, sealing ring, end cover and other related components. The track roller can be divided into single flange and double flange. The excavator track roller is generally black paint, and the bulldozer bottom roller is generally yellow paint.
