Bucket Cylinder

Bucket cylinder: The cylinder is generally located at the front end of the excavator. Through the role of the bucket cylinder, the opening and closing of the bucket can be controlled, so that it can carry out various operations such as digging and unloading items. The bucket cylinder is one of the most frequently used cylinder on excavators. According to the working mode is divided into backhoe bucket and shovel bucket, generally commonly used is the backhoe bucket.

The cylinder is generally composed of a cylinder block, a cylinder rod (piston rod) and a seal, and the inside of the bucket cylinder block is divided into two parts by a piston, respectively through an oil hole. Because the compression ratio of the liquid is very small, when one of the oil holes is fed, the piston will be pushed to make the other oil hole out, and the piston will drive the piston rod to extend (retract) movement, and the opposite is still true.
